I have over 30 years experience in the magazine publishing industry, including experience art directing and redesigning several publications. During my tenure at Meredith, I’ve worked on multiple publications involving a variety of subject matter. I have a strong background in photography that includes portraiture, food, interiors and travel. I have extensive experience on Mac, and am proficient in Creative Suite and multiple other applications.
In addition to my experience in Meredith’s core subject areas (shelter and food) I have also had the good fortune to manage client relationships on products with Food Network, Sandra Lee, Denzel Washington, Rocco DiSpirito, the Discovery Network, The Home Edit, Property Brothers, Forks Over Knives, Happy Paws, Hungry Girl, Real Simple and others.
As the Art Director of Country America, I garnered experience working with publicists and management teams while directing photoshoots of numerous high profile country music celebrities.
